Membership Application Instructions

Welcome to ISPN!  We offer two ways of submitting your application.

New and Renewing Members

If you prefer to pay by check (or need to show proof of enrollment for a Student membership), please complete the Member Application Form then mail or fax the completed application to our office at the address above. Proof of enrollment is a copy of your current student identification card. Please make check payable to ISPN. We cannot accept foreign checks; International payments must be made by credit card.

Secure, on-line application submission is available for those applications which will be paid by using a credit card. Please fill in the membership application. When you have finished entering all the necessary information, click on the "Submit Application" button at the bottom of the form to complete the process. Fields that must be filled out are indicated by an asterisk '*'. This option is now available to NEW AND RENEWING members alike.

Membership questions may be directed to the membership coordinator at Membership@ispn-psych.org.

From the membership categories below, select your primary Division.

For example, if you are interested in child and adolescent psychiatry, then join the Association of Child and Adolescent Psychiatric Nurses (ACAPN) as your primary Division

If your interest is in the area of psychiatric consultation liaison work, then the International Society of Psychiatric Consultation Liaison Nurses (ISPCLN) would be your choice.

The Society for Education and Research in Psychiatric-Mental Health Nursing (SERPN) Division is dedicated to education and research in psychiatric-mental health nursing.

The Adult & Geropsychiatric-Mental Health Nurses Division (AGPN) focuses on adults, the elderly, their families & communities. You may wish to join more than one division.

Annual dues renewal date for all members is July 1.
