Audio / Visual Guidelines for Presenters

The following audio/visual equipment will be available in your meeting room:

• LCD projector
• Laptop computer (PC)
• Screen sized to the meeting room
• Laser pointer/wireless mouse
• Podium microphone
• Lavaliere microphone
• Aisle microphone (for questions and if the meeting room is large enough)

There is no hard-wired internet connection in the meeting room. There is a wireless connection, but the bandwidth may not be strong. Do not count on being able to access the internet as a part of your presentation.

Guidelines for Submission of Presentation Information

All oral presenters at the ISPN 2022 Annual Conference are asked to provide their presentation materials (outline, PowerPoint PDF with six slides to a page, handouts, references, web references, etc.) for posting on the ISPN website. Your information will be available for attendees to download prior to the Annual Conference. Presentation materials must be received by the ISPN no later than Friday, February 25, 2022. The length of the contribution is limited to no more than 20 pages. Please proof your contribution carefully before submitting it to ISPN. You will be responsible for distribution to attendees after that date.

Instructions for Poster Presenters

The poster session will be held in the Seascape Ballroom.

Each presenter will be assigned a 4 feet (high) x 8 feet (wide) (includes a 1” border) poster board space. The poster boards are push pin compatible. Please review detailed guidelines here.

Presenters are asked to be present at their poster during the following times:

Poster Set Up Time:
Wednesday, March 16, from 5:30 p.m. – 6:30 p.m.

Presentation Time (Authors Present):
Wednesday, March 16, from 6:30 p.m. – 8:00 p.m.

Poster Tear Down Time:
Friday, March 18, from 6:00 p.m.-7:00 p.m.
