Online registration is now open for the 2026 ISPN Annual Conference in Seattle, March 18–21, 2026. Be sure to register by February 16 to receive discounted rates.

Registration prices have not increased. However, to help keep overall costs down, ISPN is now passing along the standard credit card processing fee (approximately 3%) to attendees who choose to pay by card. Choose the appropriate online form below. 

*If paying by Debit Card, choose the Credit Card option and there will be a spot to mark Debit which will NOT incur the fee.

Do you need an invitation letter to apply for a VISA to attend the ISPN Annual Conference? If so, please send the following information to [email protected]: 

  • Name as it appears on their passport
  • Prefix (Dr., Ms, Mr, etc)
  • Organization
  • Address (full address with country)
  • Country of Citizenship
  • Date of Birth
  • Title of abstract

Cancellation

Any Annual Conference registration cancellation must be made in writing directly to the ISPN. If received on or before March 2, 2026, ISPN will apply a $50 administrative fee and refund the remainder after the meeting. After March 2, 2026, no refund will be given. Walk-ins and replacements are always welcome.
