Virtual Meeting Site Log-In Instructions
An email will be distributed to all registrants on March 18, 2021. As an attendee, you will click the virtual meeting site link found in this email. It will take you to a page to set your password. Once your password is set, you can use the email you used to register as your username as well as your new password to access the virtual meeting site.
Your username and password will become active on Monday, March 22, 2021 so that you can familiarize yourself with the virtual conference website. If you're having trouble logging in to the virtual platform, please send an email to [email protected].

We highly recommend that you use the Chrome browser to maximize your virtual experience as well as a laptop computer. Your virtual experience will not be as good on a tablet or phone.

All sessions in the program are based on central time U.S.
IMPORTANT NOTEDo not share your log-in credentials with others. You are allowed only one active session at a time. If someone is using your credentials, this will eliminate YOUR ability to access the virtual platform.

Chat Box
On the virtual site, your camera will be off and your audio muted except for select sessions (the moderator will advise you). Please use the chat box on the virtual site to interact with your fellow registrants.  Use this chat area to enter your questions for the speakers.  A moderator will be collecting your questions to ask them at the end of the presentation or the end of the session. You will need to look for the chat function and click on it. You can also "pop-out" the chat box to make it  larger and easier to read.
