Concurrent Sessions and Workshops

All oral presenters at the ISPN 2026 Annual Conference are asked to provide their presentation materials (outline, PowerPoint PDF with six slides to a page, handouts, references, web references, etc.) for posting on the ISPN website. Your information will be available for attendees on the mobile app just prior to the Annual Conference. Review the contribution guidelines here.

Presentation materials must be received by the ISPN no later than February 18, 2026. The length of the contribution is limited to no more than 20 pages. Please proof your contribution carefully before submitting it to ISPN. You will be responsible for distribution to attendees after that date. Presentation materials must be submitted electronically in a pdf format.

To build excitement for your session ahead of the 2026 ISPN Annual Conference, we invite all presenters to complete this brief survey with the presenting author(s)’ names, photos, and session title. We’ll use this information to create social media graphics and feature your session on ISPN’s social media channels and in marketing emails leading up to the conference. Please submit your responses by November 26, 2025 to be included.

Poster Presentations

Review the poster guidelines here. Each presenter will be provided with a 4' (high) X 4' (wide) (includes a one inch border) poster board space. These are vertical layout - this is NEW this year. The poster boards are pushpin compatible. Your presentation can fit anywhere within these borders. Please note there will be 2 posters to each board so plan accordingly.

Friday, March 20 from 3:30 p.m.-4:00 p.m.

As an author, plan to be present at your poster during the Opening Reception on Wednesday evening from 6:30 p.m.-8:00 p.m. After that, please be present during the refreshment breaks (if possible) for further discussion with attendees.
