ISPN respectfully requests that all attendees follow the guidance and recommendations for travel (https://www.cdc.gov/coronavirus/2019-ncov/travelers/travel-during-covid19.html) as set forth by the CDC. Current COVID recommendations from the state of California are located here.

Those guidelines currently recommend vaccination and boosters, according to individuals’ age, health status, and other factors. Attendees are also encouraged to wear masks when in meeting spaces and while traveling to the meeting; masks are an easy way to help prevent the spread of any airborne illness, be it COVID, the flu, or the common cold.

If you do not feel well during the conference, ISPN asks that you stay in your hotel room. If you are unable to travel based on CDC guidelines, please contact [email protected] to let us know you won’t be attending in person.

ISPN is carefully monitoring the status of the pandemic and will adjust this policy as dictated by federal, state, and local mandates as the meeting date approaches.
